Half-day Kindergarten and Full-day Kindergarten

Young children learn through play and exploration of their environments, and directed play is an essential component of our Primary School program.  Children are provided opportunities to develop language, attention span, social skills and problem-solving capabilities. It is the mission of WBA to provide a loving, Christian environment in which a child is best able to reach his or her potential--spiritually, academically, emotionally and physically, and we cooperate closely with parents in every phase of the student's development. Children in our Primary School are encouraged to share God's love with others by participating in various Mission Projects throughout the school year.  Beginning in Kindergarten, students are required to wear school uniforms. Our Kindergarten focuses on developing Christian character, language and reading skills, and concrete math experiences necessary to prepare students for future learning.

Elementary School

1st Grade and 2nd Grade

3rd Grade and 4th Grade

The Elementary School continues to provide an outstanding traditional education in a loving, Christian environment by promoting high academic standards and helping students achieve skills in creative and critical thinking—using the best integrated curriculum available. Students are provided formal instruction in Bible, science, mathematics, social studies, and language arts—reading, creative writing, grammar, spelling and handwriting. The Elementary School curriculum also includes enrichment classes in physical education, Spanish, art, music, and computer technology.  The learning process is further enriched by participation in unit-related field trips and various Mission Projects throughout the year.  Elementary School students are required to wear school uniforms, and beginning in fourth grade, students also have the opportunity to be involved in our Eagle Athletics Program. Our outstanding track record of academics is evidenced by our students' performance on the nationally-normed Stanford Achievement Test.

The uniqueness of each child is valued within an atmosphere of challenging academic standards and nurturing support. Within this atmosphere, WBA seeks to integrate family involvement with highly qualified and dedicated Christian faculty and to provide a foundation for each child to reach his or her full potential—spiritually, academically, emotionally and physically.

Middle School
Grade Overviews
5th Grade and 6th Grade
7th Grade and 8th Grade

The Middle School years are vitally important as students develop independence and the ability to make wise decisions in all aspects of their lives. WBA Middle School provides a supportive environment in which students are encouraged to excel and reach their greatest potential. As students move into the early teenage years, WBA fosters independence and self-respect while teaching students to be responsible. It is our purpose to promote good study habits, encourage individual research and creative thinking, and to help students interpret world affairs in the light of God's revelations. Middle School students are required to wear school uniforms and are provided the opportunity to participate in the Eagle Athletics Program, history & science fairs, musical performances, the National Geographic Geography Bee, Mission Projects and other activities that further enhance the educational experience. Curriculum-related field trips and the "traveling classroom" provide valuable first-hand learning opportunities. Students who have attended WBA continue to excel in both public and private high schools. The Middle School prepares young men and women for assuming leadership and responsibility in a competitive and changing world.

WBA is open to students of all races and denominations.
